What are Progress & Planning sessions?
These are what help us make a difference to you. We get to know you and your business and really help you to focus on your business and how you can get what you really want from it, and more.
What happens when I click apply?
You fill out a quick online form giving us some initial info about your business. We then assess this and set up your free inital consultation.
Do your prices include VAT?
We are VAT registered and all prices quoted are plus VAT unless otherwise stated
How do I make payment?
We take payment via monthly direct debit. Collection dates can be flexible so please ask if you require a specific date
Where do meetings take place?
All meetings take place at our offices in Tuffley, Gloucester or online. We can travel to clients by agreement.
Do you charge for travel?
If you are more than 5 miles from our offices then travel is charged at £1 per mile each way. This is to cover the cost of travel and time.
Are there any hidden charges?
We like our fees to be transparent. Some aspects such as payroll have limits within the set fees with small additional charges beyond these limits. These will be discussed with you prior to agreement.
