Sam Morgan – Director
Sam founded the business back in the summer of 2005. She built the wonderful foundations on which the practice still stands today. Her role these days is staff and practice management along with technical onboarding for new and transitioning clients. Having grown up surrounded by people in business (her Dad and two brothers are all business owners) she knows exactly the troubles and pains you’re likely experiencing. In her spare time (as if!) Sam also runs a clothing design business with her business partner as well as spending time with her 4 wonderful children.
Ian Morgan – Director
Ian joined the practice in 2009 after gaining qualifications and experience at another local practice. He has helped steer the business in new directions over the years and is now in charge of business development being the main point of contact for new clients as well as our business coaching and development programmes for start-ups and growing businesses. Having run a business that has been chaos and that is now profitable and systemised, Ian appreciates getting specialists in to get jobs done well and right first time and understands the difficulties that many business owners face. When not in the office Ian enjoys spending time with his family and running, particularly through the forests and Welsh mountains.
Rebecca Ashmeade – Quality Assurance
Rebecca joined the practice in 2015 after working at another local practice for a number of years. She has a fine eye for detail and is account manager for our clients who handle their own bookkeeping as well as being in charge of ensuring the level of quality within the practice achieves our standards. Being married to a landscape gardener Rebecca sees first hand the difficulties of being self-employed and uses this to know how to best support our clients.
Georgia Asbury – Limited Company specialist
Georgia joined the practice in 2016 as a trainee accountant and has flourished ever since. Georgia is in charge of everything accounts and tax carrying out accounts production and tax work for limited company’s, the self employed and individuals. Should you need help with something technical then Georgia is sure to be able to help. She is great at being able to help our clients in difficult situations and is always happy to help.
Lauren Cornock – Bookkeeping & VAT Expert
Lauren joined the practice in 2016 as a trainee accountant and has really found her home with supporting clients with bookkeeping and VAT. She is always happy to go out of her way and above and beyond to ensure clients have up to date financial information. Lauren is the queen of organisation both for herself and others and makes the most of this by ensuring our bookkeeping processes are super slick. Having a dad who runs his own business as a kitchen fitter has helped her see the typical troubles faced when self-employed.
