Do you have any hidden fees?
No. Each package includes everything such as filing of tax returns and the similar. There are some additional services such as payroll, CIS returns and additional pages to tax returns. There are two optional services which are tax investigation cover and references for loans and mortgages and similar for which will charge small additional fees.
Do your prices include VAT?
All our prices unless otherwise indicated are monthly fees and are plus VAT at the current standard rate.
How do we pay you?
Our fees are raised monthly and are collected using a direct debit system called GoCardless
Do you offer discounts?
Sorry, no. Our prices have been carefully calculated using our experience of delivering successful services. In order to deliver the quality we strive for we cannot offer discounts.
Do you charge travel?
We ask that most meetings take place at our premises. This takes you away from the many distractions that can happen in your own place of work. We can meet at other mutually convenient locations but travel will be charged at £1 per mile + accommodation if necessary. We may, though, for those on FOCUS CFO suggest a one-off discovery session to take place at your own premises to get to know how you operate better. There’s no additional charge for this.
